We always start with your objectives ( helping you to define them if necessary) tailoring an approach to fit. Having said that...
- If the objectives are best served by a quantitative approach, we will recommend that's what you should do – and then suggest you go elsewhere. We are a lot better at qual than quant so that's what we specialise in
- If the objectives would be best served by a trusty old favourite like focus groups then we are not frightened to recommend them – even when they are out of fashion as they are every so often
- If a problem demands a completely different approach then we will find one. We often combine different methodologies & have even invented new ones when the situation demanded it. It's like we said – common sense & creativity!
